Documentation: All participants must carry their original CNIC. Without valid identification, entry to certain restricted areas may be denied.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs, weapons, and any inappropriate or harassing behavior. The management reserves the right to terminate a participant’s trip immediately without refund if rules are violated.
Medical & Age Disclosure: Management must be informed in advance of participants under 10 or over 50 years of age. Participants requiring specific medical assistance must disclose this at the time of booking.
Valuables: Participants are solely responsible for their personal valuables. StepTravel is not liable for any loss or theft during the trip.
Force Majeure: No refunds shall be made in case of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., landslides, floods, storms).
Itinerary Alterations: We reserve the right to alter or change the itinerary for the safety of our participants due to weather, roadblocks, or vehicle malfunctions.
Unforeseen Extensions: If the trip duration is extended due to landslides or unforeseen events, any additional costs incurred (per-day rate) will be borne by the participants, as decided by the Tour Leader.
Liability Waiver: While we take every precaution, StepTravel is not liable for any injury, accident, or personal loss sustained during the trip.
Payment Methods: All payments to be made via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa to our accounts only, and must send the screenshot of the payment with the reservation details.
Vehicle Seating: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, StepTravel reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements for operational efficiency. Should you have a specific seat preference (e.g., front row), please request it at the time of booking; a premium of PKR 1,000/- per seat will apply for guaranteed seat allocation.
Incidental Expenses: Prices mentioned do not include personal expenses (laundry, room service, extra meals, jeep charges, entry tickets, or activities not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary).
Late Arrival: The tour will depart strictly on time. If a participant arrives late, the transport will not be held back, and no refund will be provided for missed departures.
