Kids Policy

At Step Travel & Tours, we welcome families and children on our excursions. To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, our policy for children is as follows:

• Infants (0 – 3 Years): Children aged 3 years and younger travel free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Please note that no separate seat will be allocated; the child must sit on the guardian’s lap. (Limited to one free child per adult).
• Children (3 – 8 Years): Children between the ages of 3 and 8 will be charged 50% of the standard package price. A dedicated folding seat will be provided for their comfort during the journey.
• Minors (9 Years and older): Children aged 9 years and older are considered adults for booking purposes and will be charged 100% of the standard package price. They will be allocated a full standard seat.

Important Notes for Parents:

• Age verification (e.g., Form-B or Birth Certificate) may be required at the time of booking.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the constant supervision of their children during the entire trip, especially during trekking, hiking, or visits to lakes and forts.
• Please inform our management at the time of booking if your child has any specific dietary requirements or medical conditions.
