Cancellation Policy

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This advance is non-refundable and non-adjustable if cancelled within 48 hours of departure.
• Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time are non-refundable.
• Spot Cancellations: If a participant fails to show up at the departure point or cancels on the spot, the full trip cost remains liable and non-refundable.
• Seat Confirmation: Participants must confirm their total number of seats (including any increases or decreases) at least 48 hours before departure.

Final Confirmation: Please reconfirm your booking status with our management at least 2 days before departure to ensure seamless logistics.
